Counseling can be intimidating but I have personally grown so much as a person on the receiving side of counseling. I try to make the process easy and accessible to all that I meet. I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, marriage counseling and depression. I take a person centered / cognitive behavioral approach with an emphasis on mindfulness and like to “walk” alongside my clients as we learn together.
